Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Tech Citadel platform (the Service) you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and the partner organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for authorised employees of partner organisations who have been approved by Redington Group to participate in the Tech Citadel program. You agree to register only with your corporate email, to keep your authentication credentials confidential, and not to share access with anyone outside your partner organisation.

You agree not to:

• register fraudulent, duplicate, or speculative deals;
• upload customer data you are not authorised to share;
• attempt to access deals belonging to other partners;
• circumvent rate limits, automated checks, or domain restrictions;
• use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

Submission of a deal does not constitute approval. Redington Group retains sole discretion over approval, rejection, and any commercial terms attached to an approved deal. Approval status is reflected in the platform and via email; the platform's record is the source of truth.

Customer data you enter into the Service remains your responsibility. Redington Group will use the information solely to operate and improve the program, generate aggregate analytics, and communicate with you about deal status. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Redington Group may suspend or terminate access for any account that breaches these Terms or for security reasons. Partner admins may also remove teammates at any time from the Team page.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email and an updated date will appear above. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance.
