How Tech Citadel collects, uses and protects information.

Last updated: 2026-05-01

1. What we collect

We collect information in three categories:

  • Account data — your corporate email, full name, phone (optional) and the partner organisation you belong to.
  • Deal data — every field you enter on the deal-registration form, including end-customer details, opportunity descriptions, and commercial values.
  • Operational logs — sign-in events, status transitions, and email-delivery results, used to operate, secure, and audit the Service.

2. How we use the data

We use this information to:

  • operate the deal-registration program and route deals to the right Redington team;
  • send you transactional emails (verification, deal status changes, weekly digests);
  • generate aggregate analytics for both you and Redington admins;
  • protect the platform against abuse and unauthorised access.

3. Sharing

Deal data is visible to: (i) authorised users in the same partner organisation as the submitter, and (ii) Redington admins who review and approve deals. We do not share your data with third parties except for the operational sub-processors below.

4. Sub-processors

The platform relies on the following third parties to operate. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting (planned)
  • Cloudflare — DNS & CDN (planned)

5. Retention

Deal records are retained for the duration of the program and any required audit period. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted (or anonymised) when access is revoked.

6. Your rights

You can review and edit your profile data from the Profile page at any time. Partner admins can manage their team's access. To request data deletion or export beyond what the Service offers, contact your Redington Tech Citadel super-admin.

7. Security

The Service uses encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS) for all traffic, and encrypts data at rest in our database. Access to production data is restricted to a small number of authorised Redington personnel.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact your Redington Tech Citadel super-admin or the Redington Group privacy office.
